We want you to be completely satisfied. If something is genuinely wrong with your laptop, we'll make it right — quickly and without hassle.

24-Hour Return Window

All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your laptop. After this window, your purchase is covered under our 3-month warranty instead.

Eligible for Return ✅

  • Laptop arrives with a hardware fault not mentioned in the product listing
  • Laptop does not match the described specifications (wrong RAM, storage, etc.)
  • Laptop has undisclosed physical damage that affects functionality
  • Screen has dead pixels or display issues not disclosed at the time of sale
  • Laptop does not power on or boot into the OS as described
  • Wrong product delivered (different brand / model from what was ordered)

Not Eligible for Return ❌

  • Change of mind after purchase — we encourage testing in-store before buying
  • Software-related issues (viruses, OS corruption, driver issues after delivery)
  • Physical damage caused by the customer after receiving the laptop
  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery / collection
  • Cosmetic issues (minor scratches, scuffs) already disclosed in the product listing
  • Missing accessories not listed as included in the product description

Return Process

Easy 4-step process

Step 1 — Within 24 Hours

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the laptop. WhatsApp us or call directly. Do not attempt to repair or modify the laptop before contacting us.

Step 2 — Report the Issue

Share your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos or a video showing the defect. This helps us process your return faster.

Step 3 — Return the Laptop

Bring the laptop to our store (preferred) or we'll arrange pickup within Kurnool city. The laptop must be in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.

Step 4 — Resolution

After inspection, we offer either a full refund, an exchange with an equivalent laptop, or a repair if the issue is minor. Resolution within 2 working days.

Refund Information

Cash Payment

Refund in cash immediately upon approval of return and inspection of the laptop.

UPI / Bank Transfer

Refund processed within 24–48 hours after return approval and inspection.

Exchange Option

Prefer to exchange? We'll help you pick an equivalent or better laptop from our current stock.

Before raising a return request:Please check that the issue is a genuine hardware defect and not a software or user configuration issue. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot over WhatsApp first. Many “issues” are resolved with a quick settings fix. Returns of correctly functioning laptops for change-of-mind reasons are not accepted.
