How to Claim Your Warranty
Simple 4-step process — usually resolved within a week
Contact Us
WhatsApp or call us with your order number and a description of the issue. Send photos or a short video if possible.
Diagnosis
Bring the laptop to our store or we'll arrange pickup (Kurnool city). Our technician will diagnose within 24 hours.
Repair
We repair the faulty component with minimal charge. If unrepairable, we replace with an equivalent laptop. Turnaround: 3–7 working days.
Delivery
We deliver the repaired back to you. No delivery charge within Kurnool city.
Important Note
Warranty is valid only when the laptop is purchased directly from LaptopBazaar through our website. Please keep your order confirmation / purchase receipt. Warranty becomes void if the laptop is opened or repaired by anyone other than our certified technicians during the warranty period.
