Contact Us
WhatsApp or call us with your order number and a description of the issue. Send photos or a short video if possible.
Diagnosis
Bring the laptop to our store or we'll arrange pickup (Kurnool city). Our technician will diagnose within 24 hours.
Repair
We perform repairs with labor charges covered under warranty. Parts replacement may incur additional cost. Turnaround: 3–7 working days.
Delivery
We deliver the repaired back to you. No delivery charge within Kurnool city.
Important Note
Warranty is valid only when the laptop is purchased directly from New Life Laptops through our website. Please keep your order confirmation / purchase receipt. Warranty becomes void if the laptop is opened or repaired by anyone other than our certified technicians during the warranty period.
